Warranty, Returns & Refunds
Sissonne is committed to the quality of our products. While every item is carefully checked and packed before dispatch, we understand that issues may arise. The following outlines our policy on returns, refunds, and warranty claims.
Returns for Damaged or Defective Goods
Please inspect your goods upon receipt and notify us of any issues immediately.
Notification:
Please send a photo and details of the product fault or damage to sales@sissonne.au within 7 days of receipt.
Resolution:
Credits, replacements, or repairs can be arranged for damaged or faulty goods on a case-by-case basis.
Repairs:
In the event of minor damage (e.g., a small scratch or dent), Sissonne reserves the right to have the furniture professionally repaired to its original condition where appropriate and viable.
Returns Process:
Once a return is approved, we will arrange for a pickup where possible.
Change of Mind Returns
We ask that you select your products carefully. We do not offer a refund or exchange for change of mind or customer error when ordering. A 10% restocking fee will apply to any cancelled orders.
Warranty
All items are covered by a 24-month manufacturer’s domestic warranty (excluding fair wear and tear). This warranty does not apply to products used in a commercial setting. For commercial use, please contact us to discuss product suitability.
The warranty does not cover:
- Products damaged in transit (which should be reported immediately upon receipt).
- Damage from misuse or exposure to extreme conditions.
- Damage to third-party property.
- Any associated removal, installation, or freight expenses.
Important Note on Natural Materials
The majority of Sissonne’s products are made from natural materials, giving them a unique look and feel. Naturally occurring variances, such as wood knots, minor timber cracks, and colour variations, are part of the product's character and are not considered faults or defects.
All claims must be submitted to sales@sissonne.au. Sissonne reserves the right to investigate all claims to assess the nature and cause of any alleged fault and will have sole discretion in determining an appropriate resolution.
